Create you own group buying website.

The Administrator can add item Title,Description, Minimum Buys,Maximum Buys,Retail Price, and Deal Price.
Deal Price.  A deal will only be confirmed ("Deal is On") if the number of buyers reach the "Minimum Buys".

Buyers can view confirmed deals and deals that are pending.

When a "Deal is on" the system automatically sends an email to all buyers.  The email will contain instructions on how to pay for the item.
